The feedback collecting Smiley station makes capturing and analysing responses so easy. Save valuable time and energy making measurable improvements from real-time feedback data analytics.

The Smiley Feedback Station can be positioned prominently on a service desk or matched with a sleek black floor stand and A4 showcard frame. The weighted floor stand base with protective padded supports prevents tipping and perfect for areas with lots of traffic or children.

The Smiley Feedback Station can be integrated with our modular EvolvePlus People Counter solution so that footfall traffic statistics and customer satisfaction feedback are available from a centralised Web Dashboard

How it Works

There are three main components within the solution:

1. Smiley Feedback StationLive Analysis via Web Dashboard
The Smiley Feedback Station is battery powered, quick to assemble and activate. It is completely wireless and can be placed at the exact point of interaction and moved when needed. 

2. SNG Hub
The SNG Hub connects wirelessly to the Smiley Feedback Station to receive the real time responses from one or more devices and is available in either Ethernet or 3G/4G models. Once received, the response data is automatically sent at regular intervals to the IMMOTION software.

3. IMMOTION Software
The IMMOTION software allows organisations to analyse button presses by the hours of the day in both table and pie chart format. Our web-based reports help you track and manage your organisation performance by transforming  the feedback data into clear data insights. The IMMOTION software is available in both On-Premise and Cloud editions.

Availability

Only limited stock of this model is available for existing customers. For new customers, a replacement model is not currently available.

Smiley Feedback Station

The smiley feedback station is a battery powered wireless device which allows for easy installation into almost any location. The smiley feedback station has 5 configurable buttons which when pressed will communicate instantly to the SNG (the "Base Station") which then sends the feedback to the IMMOTION software for reporting and analysis. Button presses are sent out with a time stamp generated by an internal clock.

The smiley feedback station comes with 2x 3.6v AA lithium batteries that will last up to 1 year with standard use.

SNG Hub (Sensor Network Gateway)

SNG Hub (Sensor Network Gateway)

The SNG Hub wirelessly communicates with the smiley feedback counter to receive instant information on which buttons have been pressed. Once received, the data is automatically sent at regular intervals to the IMMOTION™ software where the count data can be viewed for reporting.

The SNG Hub is available in two editions:

Ethernet (SNG10E) Edition

SNG10EThe Ethernet edition (SNG10E) is designed to connect directly into your local network via an Ethernet LAN port or can be connected to your buildings Wi-Fi via an optional Wi-Fi Access Point/Bridge. The SNG10E is ideal for situations where there are Ethernet ports available within a 20 metre range of the smiley feedback counter. The hub is able to collect feedback data from up to 10 feedback stations within a 20 metre radius.

3G (SNG3G) Edition

SNG3GThe 3G Edition (SNG3G) utilises a cellular 3G connection to communicate to the IMMOTION software. The SNG3G is ideal for situations where there are no Ethernet ports available near the sensors. The hub is able to collect count data from up to 10 sensors within a 20 metre radius. The SNG3G requires a full size SIM (not included) and is compatible with all the mobile data providers in Australia and New Zealand.

To use the SNG3G you will also need to be ensure that the server you install IMMOTION™ software onto is externally accessible over the internet.

Our IMMOTION™ software allows organisations to analyse button presses by the hours of the day in both table and pie chart format. This information provides valuable feedback that allows you to make data driven decisions on the survey feedback from your customers.

The IMMOTION™ software/database is optimised to handle multiple feedback counters for easy viewing and overall analysis. The IMMOTION™ software/database is scalable so that additional SNG Hub's (SNG) and/or smiley feedback counters can be added at any time.
